The Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) Malawi and Institute of Internal Auditors Malawi (IIAM) have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to collaborate on projects that will improve the members in both professions.

The Head of ACCA Malawi, Alinane Khonje, attributed the partnership to promoting co-operation and career development for the members as both parties will together host workshops, conferences and other events in an effort to achieve Continued Professional Development for their members

On the other hand, IAM president, Ackson Banda, said the partnership is critical for the professional development of members. “The MoU is vital to the growth of both institutions and provides better professional development and networking opportunities for members,” he said
