The Tobacco Control Commission (TCC) has selected 25 tobacco graders to sort out this year’s leaf.

In a statement released from TTC the available names of graders and their posts are as follows;

Limbe as three graders, namely Modern Tobacco Grader, Tobacco Investment Limited and Tobacco Association of Malawi (TAMA).

Chinkhoma has seven graders, namely Good Hope Grading, B and N grading, Kalimanjira grading Msondole grading, Lulu grading, TAMA and Tobacco Investment Limited.

Lilongwe has eight graders namely Mtedza grading, TAMA, Malembo Grading, Chiungo Grading, Tikonde Grading, Luntha Grading, Pempho Grading and Mtema Grading.

Mzuzu has six graders, namely Nortern Tobacco Grader, Talika Grading, Tobacco Investment Limited, Northern Tobacco Grader, Khama Lathu Grading and Kaka Grading.
