In tune with the tobacco market season, NBS Bank plc has launched a new promotion called Mlimi Wapata, aimed at rewarding tobacco farmers, with a grand prize of K3 million up for grabs, among other amazing prizes.

At the launch of the promotion, NBS Bank Head of Treasury Benedicto Nkhoma said the bank has continuously changed the lives of tobacco grower and the promotion will help tobacco growers who have been with the bank during times when the bank faced losses. “We are glad to report that the bank is back and making profits, hence we will continue to support out customers through promotions” said Nkhoma.

To enter the promotion customers are required to keep a minimum of K100,000 into their fixed deposit account or a minimum of K50,000 into a Alimi Account and maintain the deposits for 3 months. The participants will stand a chance to win iron sheets, solar panels, branded T-shirts and the grand prize of K3 million. The promotion will run from April 15 to 31 August 2019.
