Anna’s Car Rental is an establishing business for the provision of car rental services in Malawi and now seeks to recruit a sales representative that will be part of this establishing business and drive sales as well business within the same. We now invite applications from suitably qualified candidates to fill in the position of sales executive.

Position: Sales Representative

Location: Blantyre

Duties and Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
• Demonstrating and presenting car rental products, services on offer.
• Establishing new business.
• Maintaining accurate records.
• Attending trade exhibitions and meetings on behalf of the company as and when required.
• Reviewing sales performance.
• Negotiating contracts and packages.
• Aiming to achieve monthly or annual targets.
• Issuing Quotations to clients & prospective customers.
• Responding to tenders & pre-qualifications.
• Bank Deposits.
• Maintaining Vehicle Records.
• Debt Collection.
• Issuing vehicles to clients.
• Managing customer relation.
• Any other duty assigned.

Qualification

Although this area of work is open to all, the following subjects and minimum qualifications may improve your chances:
• Minimum diploma in business, management or marketing.
• At least 1-year experience in the car rental or customer relation services.

Skills

You will need to have:
• Proven experience in the car rental or customer relation services.
• Knowledge of I.t and Office Package
• Able to communicate and converse in English
• The ability and desire to sell
• Communication skills
• Excellent positive, confident and determined approach
• Proven clean records in financial management
• Must be able to work without supervision
• A high degree of self-motivation and ambition
• The capability to flourish in a competitive environment
• A good level of numeracy.
• A full driving license.
