Vegetable and Ham Noodle Cups
Indomie chicken-flavoured 2-minute noodles
3 cups mixed vegetables grated
2 eggs lightly beaten
1/2 cup light sour cream
1/2 cup ham (deli) chopped
1/2 cup light tasty cheese
1.Preheat oven to 180C.
2. Lightly spray a muffin pan with olive oil.
3. Cook noodles as directed – reserving flavour sachets – and then drain.
4. Add reserved flavour sachets and remaining ingredients, and mix well.
5. Spoon equal portions into muffin pan.
6. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until set.
