The Export Development Fund (EDF) is being accused of being selective when assisting exporters. The accusation is by the National Association of Small and Medium Enterprises (Nasme).

EDF has said that SMEs do not meet export requirements. EDF CEO William Matambo said that not all applicants are accepted and are given explanations when they are rejected.
